Converging Vistas

Converging Vistas

A father and son try out Christopher Flick’s bike rack.

We had the good fortune of photographing the public art commissioned by Artswestchester, the ArtsCouncil of Rockland and the NY State Thruway Authority. Our photo of one of the pieces, Converging Vistas, a unique bike rack located at the Westchester landing by Christopher Flick is featured this month on County Executive, George Latimer’s homepage. The photo depicts a Tarrytown dad and his trying the rack out for size.

Kathleen Reckling, ArtsWestchester’s Deputy Director of Public Programs included the photo in her blog post that describes Flick’s work in more detail.

We are thrilled to have two of our photographs featured in the July/August issue of Hook Magazine, (pages 23 and 24) the magazine of Culture, Art + Community in the Lower Hudson Valley. It is named for Hook Mountain, which overlooks the Hudson River and Rockland Lake. Our thanks go to editor-in-chief Janet Wortendyke for including us!
