It is always bittersweet to photograph for the Fountains at RiverVue in Tuckahoe, NY. It is the retirement community, where my mom lived for 4 years. They are always so welcoming to us. Here are: Tom, Peg, and Lucy, enjoying the grounds and activities that the facility has to offer.
Back in the day Margaret studied with Joan & Nathan in their photography program at the Visual Studies Workshop, vsw.org where she obtained her MFA. We were greatly pleased when they asked to use the portrait she took of them for the Society for Photographic Education’s SPE fundraising brochure.
When Tarrytown United’s candidates needed their campaign photos taken they called on us. View their website here
Each holiday season we capture many family photos. This year we had a very special request by our very own, Congresswoman, Nita Lowey, to photograph her 2016 New Year’s greeting. It included her and her husband, Stephen and their 8 grand children. Needless to say the photo session was a blast. The added plus was that our card was sent to her mailing list of 4,000 with our photo credit too!
In between our regular photo assignments we are occasionally blessed with the opportunity to document a special milestone in life such as this one. Meet the newest addition to the Swan family. Proud big brother welcomes him too!
We are always delighted to see our photography published, this one especially so! It appeared on the The Window – on Barney’s website
We are often commissioned to take professional business portraits. Here’s one of our neighbor and friend,
Rav Julius pictured here in his role as community leader, counselor and teacher.
Katonah Museum of Art (KMA) kicked off their 2015 Summer Music Series with the Hudson Valley American Roots band Spuyten Duyvil.
Each year we have the privilege of photographing for Pernod Ricard’s Responsib’all day. This is a company-wide discussion about efforts to promote responsible drinking. This year we assembled the group of 300 in a park near the Circle Line on Manhattan’s West Side. The Great Dane makes the shot!
We couldn’t resist adding #bitsandbytes to Mitch Rubin’s portrait, illustrating his profession. The setting is Rockwood Hall Preserve, Pleasantville, with the Hudson River in the background. #coolphotoillustration
